Behind every successful event there is a structure that works. We deliver it: from the first render to the moment it all goes live.
Most event agencies subcontract the technical side. We keep it in-house — the 3D designers, the stage, light and sound people, the show caller, the field crew. It means the render you approve was made by the same people who will build it, and that on the day, the person holding the programme knows every cable in the room.
What it includes
Design and planning
- 3D design and technical planning — every event is built in 3D first
- Spatial layouts and simulations, including venues with no infrastructure at all
- Graphic design and DTP for everything that is seen: screens, branding, signage
- Technical documentation and specifications for the venue, permits and suppliers
Technical delivery and equipment
- Stage, truss and rigging systems
- LED screens and video systems, including custom LED structures
- Lighting, sound and power distribution
- On-site technical coordination
Event operations
- Implementation and show calling — someone holds the programme to the second
- Speaker, content and cue management
- Crew on site and specialists per zone
- Real-time troubleshooting, because something always needs it
Logistics and support
- Transport, warehousing, handling
- Installation and dismantling
- Support staff for the duration
- Post-event clearance
Why it matters
The most expensive mistakes do not happen on the day. They happen three weeks before, when someone discovers the structure cannot hang from that ceiling or the piece does not fit in the lift. When design and delivery sit with the same team, those get caught on the render, while they are still cheap.

A custom-built 3D LED structure shaped on the company's logo, integrated into the central screen and used as a dynamic visual frame for speeches, presentations and performances.
