Role of HexagonX
Hexagon X delivered end-to-end event production, covering stage design, lighting, sound, video production, and graphic content, alongside full décor build and spatial design. The scope also included activation areas, welcome and experience zones, artist coordination, and overall show flow management.
Description
The format combined multiple simultaneous zones within a unified event environment, requiring complex technical coordination and precise stage management. Each edition featured dynamic entertainment moments, immersive activation areas, and continuous audience interaction, all orchestrated to create a seamless flow and a consistent, engaging atmosphere throughout the venue. The 2025 edition introduced a Latino-inspired theme, integrated consistently across stage design, décor, and all experiential touchpoints.
